Spreading Love

Valentine’s Day is a special moment to remind every care home resident that they are seen, valued, and loved. On 14 February, our volunteers visit care homes across the United Kingdom to deliver flowers and to share kindness with every resident. Many older people experience loneliness, and this gesture helps them feel remembered and included. Care homes also include many men, who traditionally receive flowers far less often, so we make sure every resident is celebrated equally. This initiative is about spreading love, honouring each individual, and showing them that their community genuinely cares.
